Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Long Yusheng achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2017. In the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction, the work Letter to Zhang Shizhao sold for HKD 68,750.00 (€ 7,850.32) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Long Yusheng have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Poems Of Chen Gongbo in April 2012 with an auction result of HKD 620,000.00 (€ 60,411.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Long Yusheng erzielte im Mai 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings wurde die Arbeit Letter to Zhang Shizhao für HKD 68.750,00 (€ 7.850,32) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Long Yusheng auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Poems Of Chen Gongbo im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 620.000,00 (€ 60.411,22).
