Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Loló Soldevilla was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art Online auction at Bonhams in New York in July last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 15,300.00 (€ 14,997.06) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Loló Soldevilla have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nocturno No. 6 in November 2019 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 85,080.32).
