Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Urban Art, which included the work Contrarchitecture 01 - 2018 by Lokiss. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,250.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lokiss - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work L'Enfant - 2017, which sold at auction in December 2017 for EUR 7,150.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Urban Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Contrarchitecture 01 - 2018 von Lokiss zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.250,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Lokiss mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit L'Enfant - 2017 beobachtet, die im Dezember 2017 für EUR 7.150,00 versteigert wurde.
