Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Loïc Le Groumellec achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in December 2018. In the Post-war and contemporary art - vente du jour auction, the work Mégalithe sold for EUR 3,250.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Loïc Le Groumellec have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Paysage in June 2013 with an auction result of EUR 18,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Loïc Le Groumellec erzielte im Dezember 2018 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-war and contemporary art - vente du jour wurde die Arbeit Mégalithe für EUR 3.250,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Loïc Le Groumellec auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Paysage im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00.
