This artwork by Ljuba achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2018. In the Opening Sale 1945-Now auction, the work Florence Ou La Naissance De La Melancolie - 1972-73 sold for EUR 14,300.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ljuba - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Creation Des Androides, 1970, which sold at auction in May 2011 for EUR 36,475.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Ljuba erzielte im März 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Opening Sale 1945-Now wurde die Arbeit Florence Ou La Naissance De La Melancolie - 1972-73 für EUR 14.300,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ljuba mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Creation Des Androides, 1970 beobachtet, die im Mai 2011 für EUR 36.475,00 versteigert wurde.
