A top price for Linxi
This artwork by Linxi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July last year. In the Modern Discoveries | Encounters auction, the work Lin Xi | Light over shadow sold for HKD 100,800.00 (€ 12,577.77) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00. This high result makes Lin Xi | Light over shadow the most expensive artwork by Linxi that we have observed at auctions so far.
