Artwork auctioned at four times the upper estimate price
The work Jia Ling River by Lin Sanzhi was worth HKD 480,000.00 (€ 53,393.35) to a buyer in October 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy at China Guardian and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 120,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Lin Sanzhi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Poem In Caoshu sold at auction in April 2017 with the realized price of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 61,968.79).

Die Arbeit Jia Ling River von Lin Sanzhi war einem Käufer im Oktober 2021 HKD 480.000,00 (€ 53.393,35) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 120.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
