The work Da Dao Chuan by Lin Ju was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2008. It achieved a price of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 15,436.21), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lin Ju - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Happy Birthday, Frida Kahlo, which sold at auction in November 2007 for HKD 487,500.00 (€ 42,616.42).

Die Arbeit Da Dao Chuan von Lin Ju kam im Mai 2008 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 15.436,21) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Für andere Arbeiten von Lin Ju mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Happy Birthday, Frida Kahlo beobachtet, die im November 2007 für HKD 487.500,00 (€ 42.616,42) versteigert wurde.
