Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Lin Dachuan was sold in the Contemporary Chinese Art I auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2007. The price achieved of HKD 72,000.00 (€ 6,741.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lin Dachuan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scenery in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 37,924.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Lin Dachuan wurde im April 2007 in der Auktion Contemporary Chinese Art I bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 72.000,00 (€ 6.741,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lin Dachuan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scenery im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 37.924,45).
