The work Reclining Nude by Lev Tchistovsky was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2018. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,574.72), 56% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Lev Tchistovsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Reclining Nude in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 70,850.00 (€ 82,710.12).

Die Arbeit Reclining Nude von Lev Tchistovsky wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.574,72) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lev Tchistovsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Reclining Nude im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 70.850,00 (€ 82.710,12).
