Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Lev Tchistovsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2011. In the Russian Paintings auction, the work Reclining Nude sold for GBP 31,250.00 (€ 36,481.18) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lev Tchistovsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Reclining Nude, which sold at auction in November 2011 for GBP 70,850.00 (€ 82,710.12).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lev Tchistovsky erzielte im November 2011 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Paintings wurde die Arbeit Reclining Nude für GBP 31.250,00 (€ 36.481,18) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Lev Tchistovsky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Reclining Nude beobachtet, die im November 2011 für GBP 70.850,00 (€ 82.710,12) versteigert wurde.
