The work Armenian still Life On A Balcony by Léon Arthur Tutundjian was sold in the 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective auction at Sothebys in London in December 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 120,000.00 – 180,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 125,000.00 (€ 169,743.99) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Armenian still Life On A Balcony is the most expensive artwork by Léon Arthur Tutundjian that we have observed at auctions so far.
