Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2015 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work Untitled 2357 by Lee Kwang-Ho. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 125,000.00 (€ 15,266.99) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Lee Kwang-Ho have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2015 the work Untitled 2351 was auctioned for HKD 237,500.00 (€ 27,867.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2015 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled 2357 von Lee Kwang-Ho zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 125.000,00 (€ 15.266,99) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Lee Kwang-Ho konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2015 die Arbeit Untitled 2351 für HKD 237.500,00 (€ 27.867,47) versteigert.
