Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Putti Tenant Une Guirlande De Fleurs by Laurent de la Hyre was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in June 2007. The price achieved of EUR 69,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Laurent de la Hyre achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Narcisse in November last year with an auction result of EUR 918,400.00.

Die Arbeit Putti Tenant Une Guirlande De Fleurs von Laurent de la Hyre kam im Juni 2007 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 69.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Laurent de la Hyre erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Narcisse im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 918.400,00.
