Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Larry Abramson could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in December 2008 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Israeli and International Art auction, the work Rose Of Jericho, Xxvi changed hands for USD 6,875.00 (€ 4,939.29) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Larry Abramson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lilith III, which sold at auction in April 2008 for USD 16,250.00 (€ 10,438.08).
