Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2013 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art, which included the work Landscape by Lang Jingshan. The price achieved of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 23,723.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lang Jingshan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Hundred Cranes, which sold at auction in October 2014 for HKD 475,000.00 (€ 48,902.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2013 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Lang Jingshan zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 250.000,00 (€ 23.723,70) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 200.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Lang Jingshan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Hundred Cranes beobachtet, die im Oktober 2014 für HKD 475.000,00 (€ 48.902,63) versteigert wurde.
