In March 2018 Sothebys in New York held the auction Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art, which included the work Untitled (Still Life With Flowers) by Krishna Hawlaji Ara. The »bidding war« ended at USD 16,250.00 (€ 13,189.94), 63% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Krishna Hawlaji Ara achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2006 with an auction result of USD 240,000.00 (€ 197,709.86).

Im März 2018 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Still Life With Flowers) von Krishna Hawlaji Ara zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 16.250,00 (€ 13.189,94) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Krishna Hawlaji Ara erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 240.000,00 (€ 197.709,86).
