This artwork by Alex Kosta achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in October 2010. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work The Man From Dreux, 1976 sold for EUR 638.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 300.00. Admittedly, works by Alex Kosta have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pauline in July 2010 with an auction result of EUR 5,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alex Kosta erzielte im Oktober 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit The Man From Dreux, 1976 für EUR 638,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 300,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alex Kosta auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pauline im Juli 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.250,00.
