Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work English Lady On A Greek Island, 1968 by Alex Kosta. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 638.00. Admittedly, works by Alex Kosta have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pauline in July 2010 with an auction result of EUR 5,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit English Lady On A Greek Island, 1968 von Alex Kosta zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 638,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alex Kosta auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pauline im Juli 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.250,00.
