Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Koorosh Shishegaran was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2018. The price achieved of GBP 43,750.00 (€ 49,336.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 35,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Koorosh Shishegaran - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Figure, which sold at auction in March 2017 for USD 162,500.00 (€ 151,897.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Koorosh Shishegaran kam im Oktober 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 43.750,00 (€ 49.336,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 35.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Koorosh Shishegaran mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Figure beobachtet, die im März 2017 für USD 162.500,00 (€ 151.897,55) versteigert wurde.
