Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life (Teapot) by Koorosh Shishegaran was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in October 2016. The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 45,612.11) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Koorosh Shishegaran - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Figure, which sold at auction in March 2017 for USD 162,500.00 (€ 151,897.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Still Life (Teapot) von Koorosh Shishegaran kam im Oktober 2016 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 45.612,11) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Koorosh Shishegaran mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Figure beobachtet, die im März 2017 für USD 162.500,00 (€ 151.897,55) versteigert wurde.
