Admittedly, works by Konstantin Johann Franz Cretius have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Mother'S Hope in January 2008 with an auction result of USD 17,500.00 (€ 11,791.66).

In der Auktion Sammlung Harry Beyer wurde die Arbeit Adalbert Prinz von Preußen für EUR 2.250,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Konstantin Johann Franz Cretius auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Mother'S Hope im Januar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 11.791,66).
