Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Garden of Eden by Kitti Narod was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in October this year. The price achieved of HKD 144,000.00 (€ 17,414.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kitti Narod have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Pool in March this year with an auction result of HKD 609,600.00 (€ 71,377.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Garden of Eden von Kitti Narod kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 144.000,00 (€ 17.414,08) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kitti Narod auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Pool im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 609.600,00 (€ 71.377,92).
