Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of HKD 750,000.00 (€ 74,376.35) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kim Dong-Yoo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mao Vs. Monroe in February 2008 with an auction result of GBP 345,300.00 (€ 451,638.85).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 750.000,00 (€ 74.376,35) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 600.000,00 – 800.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kim Dong-Yoo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mao Vs.
