A top price for Kikuo Saito - as previously expected
The work Green Bank by Kikuo Saito was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in April 2011. The price achieved of EUR 4,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Green Bank is the most expensive artwork by Kikuo Saito that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Green Bank von Kikuo Saito kam im April 2011 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Green Bank das teuerste Kunstwerk von Kikuo Saito, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
