In the Modern Native American ArtFeaturing the Wendy and Les Fisher Collection of Canadian Inuit Sculpture auction, the work A Kevin Red Star Painting, "Dust Brothers (Crow)," 1981 sold for USD 10,837.50 (€ 9,184.32) - well above the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kevin Red Star - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Parading Crow Indian Chiefs of Montana, U.S.A.," 2001, which sold at auction in August last year for USD 28,050.00 (€ 27,868.85).
