It achieved a price of EUR 3,024.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 68 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ker-Xavier Roussel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Saisons de la vie in October this year with an auction result of EUR 201,600.00.

Die Arbeit Vuillard dessinant von Ker-Xavier Roussel wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Collection Jean-Claude Bellier bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.024,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 68 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ker-Xavier Roussel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Saisons de la vie im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 201.600,00.
