Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work MU-S84 by Kenjiro Azuma was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in May this year. It achieved a price of EUR 7,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17 %. Admittedly, works by Kenjiro Azuma have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mu in December 2019 with an auction result of EUR 58,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit MU-S84 von Kenjiro Azuma wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 7.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kenjiro Azuma auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mu im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 58.000,00.
