Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mu-786 by Kenjiro Azuma was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 9,232.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 70,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kenjiro Azuma have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mu in December 2019 with an auction result of EUR 58,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Mu-786 von Kenjiro Azuma kam im April 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 9.232,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 70.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kenjiro Azuma auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mu im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 58.000,00.
