Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2012 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Nineteen to Now, incl. Topographical Observations, which included the work Amazone by Kees Andrea. The price achieved of EUR 1,375.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,200.00 – 1,600.00. Other works by Kees Andrea have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2002 the work Vreugde van de Lente was auctioned for EUR 1,410.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2012 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Nineteen to Now, incl. Topographical Observations durch, in der auch die Arbeit Amazone von Kees Andrea zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.375,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.200,00 – 1.600,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Kees Andrea konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Januar 2002 die Arbeit Vreugde van de Lente für EUR 1.410,00 versteigert.
