Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Again the Meadowlark by Karl Yens was sold in the California Art auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in November last year. The price achieved of USD 10,200.00 (€ 9,880.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Karl Yens have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2008 the work Again the Meadowlark was auctioned for USD 22,500.00 (€ 14,452.72).
