A top price for Karl Sholomovich Fridman - as previously expected
In June 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work The Pond At Velegozh by Karl Sholomovich Fridman. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,270.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Pond At Velegozh is the most expensive artwork by Karl Sholomovich Fridman that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juni 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Pond At Velegozh von Karl Sholomovich Fridman zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.270,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist The Pond At Velegozh das teuerste Kunstwerk von Karl Sholomovich Fridman, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
