The »bidding war« ended at DKK 8,000.00 (€ 1,073.19), 60% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Karl Hansen Reistrup; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Two cats on a path sold at auction in January 2024 with the realized price of DKK 1,500.00 (€ 1,310.96).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von DKK 8.000,00 (€ 1.073,19) und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Karl Hansen Reistrup; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Two cats on a path im Januar 2024 mit dem Hammerpreis von DKK 1.500,00 (€ 1.310,96).
