In November 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction Czech Avant-Garde Art from the Roy and Mary Cullen Collection, which included the work Czech A Collection Of Five Works Typographically Designed By Him, 1928-1929, Comprising: by Karel Teige. The result of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,257.28) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Karel Teige achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Czech Untitled (Bez Názvu) in November 2014 with an auction result of GBP 74,500.00 (€ 93,667.07).
