Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Black And White". by Kaj Stenvall was sold in the Modern + Contemporary, Helsinki F160 auction at Bukowski in Helsinki in November 2011. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,600.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kaj Stenvall - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Anchors Aweigh Right Now"., which sold at auction in April 2011 for EUR 6,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Black And White". von Kaj Stenvall wurde im November 2011 in der Auktion Modern + Contemporary, Helsinki F160 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.600,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Kaj Stenvall mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Anchors Aweigh Right Now". beobachtet, die im April 2011 für EUR 6.000,00 versteigert wurde.
