Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2002 a collector was able to acquire the work The Doctor's Surgery by Justus Juncker for GBP 3,525.00 (€ 5,703.36). This price was achieved in the auction OLD MASTER PICTURES at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Justus Juncker - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Der Alchimist, which sold at auction in May 2017 for EUR 21,080.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2002 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Doctor's Surgery von Justus Juncker für GBP 3.525,00 (€ 5.703,36) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion OLD MASTER PICTURES bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Justus Juncker mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Der Alchimist beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für EUR 21.080,00 versteigert wurde.
