In February last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Art, which included the work Nature Morte À La Coupe En Vermeil Et À La Tranche De Saumon by Justus Juncker. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 9,750.00 22% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Justus Juncker - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Der Alchimist, which sold at auction in May 2017 for EUR 21,080.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nature Morte À La Coupe En Vermeil Et À La Tranche De Saumon von Justus Juncker zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 9.750,00 und damit 22% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Justus Juncker mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Der Alchimist beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für EUR 21.080,00 versteigert wurde.
