Here, the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 13,200.00 (€ 10,285.98). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Julio Castellanos - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Paisaje Con Animales, which sold at auction in May 2008 for USD 40,000.00 (€ 25,706.94).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 13.200,00 (€ 10.285,98) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Julio Castellanos mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Paisaje Con Animales beobachtet, die im Mai 2008 für USD 40.000,00 (€ 25.706,94) versteigert wurde.
