Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2007 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours, which included the work 'Stilleven Met Zalfspuitje' by Juliën Landa. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,360.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Juliën Landa - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A still life with cherries, violets and a seashell, which sold at auction in September 2008 for EUR 7,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2007 führte Sothebys in Amsterdam die Auktion Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Stilleven Met Zalfspuitje' von Juliën Landa zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.360,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Juliën Landa mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A still life with cherries, violets and a seashell beobachtet, die im September 2008 für EUR 7.500,00 versteigert wurde.
