This artwork by Juliën Landa achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2006. In the Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings auction, the work Peertjes - A still life with pears sold for EUR 2,640.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Juliën Landa - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A still life with cherries, violets and a seashell, which sold at auction in September 2008 for EUR 7,500.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Juliën Landa erzielte im September 2006 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings wurde die Arbeit Peertjes - A still life with pears für EUR 2.640,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Juliën Landa mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A still life with cherries, violets and a seashell beobachtet, die im September 2008 für EUR 7.500,00 versteigert wurde.
