This artwork by Julia Beck achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2017. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work River landscape, France sold for SEK 190,000.00 (€ 19,328.73) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 100,000.00. Admittedly, works by Julia Beck have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work L'Etang Saint-Cucufa, près Vaucresson in December 2014 with an auction result of SEK 1,400,000.00 (€ 147,855.55).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 90 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Julia Beck erzielte im Dezember 2017 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wurde die Arbeit River landscape, France für SEK 190.000,00 (€ 19.328,73) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 100.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Julia Beck auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit L'Etang Saint-Cucufa, près Vaucresson im Dezember 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.400.000,00 (€ 147.855,55).
