In March 2011 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Eclectic, Stockholm S197, which included the work "Vid fönstret" by Jules Schyl. The result of SEK 15,000.00 (€ 1,674.19) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jules Schyl have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape from Siena, Italy in April 2014 with an auction result of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 8,865.18).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im März 2011 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Eclectic, Stockholm S197 durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Vid fönstret" von Jules Schyl zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 15.000,00 (€ 1.674,19) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jules Schyl auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape from Siena, Italy im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 80.000,00 (€ 8.865,18).
