In October 2010 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm, which included the work "Toreadoren" by Jules Schyl. The result of SEK 20,000.00 (€ 2,146.25) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 22,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jules Schyl have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape from Siena, Italy in April 2014 with an auction result of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 8,865.18).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2010 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Toreadoren" von Jules Schyl zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 20.000,00 (€ 2.146,25) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 22.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jules Schyl auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape from Siena, Italy im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 80.000,00 (€ 8.865,18).
