Auction result well in line with expectations
The work In the tavern by Juan Pablo Salinas was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2014. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 3,211.12) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Juan Pablo Salinas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The matador's triumph in October 2000 with an auction result of GBP 91,750.00 (€ 156,826.98).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 3.211,12) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden.
