Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work Laxey Electric Station, Isle of Man by Juan Abelló Prat for GBP 657.25 (€ 945.96). This price was achieved in the auction Impressionist and Modern Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Juan Abelló Prat have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Old Harbour, Ramsey, Isle of Man in October 2004 with an auction result of GBP 2,868.00 (€ 4,127.84).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2004 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Laxey Electric Station, Isle of Man von Juan Abelló Prat für GBP 657,25 (€ 945,96) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Juan Abelló Prat auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Old Harbour, Ramsey, Isle of Man im Oktober 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.868,00 (€ 4.127,84).
