Auction result well in line with expectations
The work No. 59; & No. 60 by Ting Ju was sold in the Contemporary Art Asia: Kid at heART auction at Christies in Hong Kong in June 2020. The price achieved of HKD 40,000.00 (€ 4,594.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ting Ju - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ohne Titel (Nr. 56)., which sold at auction in June last year for EUR 12,540.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit No. 59; & No. 60 von Ting Ju wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Asia: Kid at heART bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 40.000,00 (€ 4.594,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Ting Ju mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ohne Titel (Nr. 56). beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für EUR 12.540,00 versteigert wurde.
