Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work A Scene From The July Revolution Of 1830, On The Grands Boulevards by Joseph Louis Hippolyte Bellangé for USD 4,375.00 (€ 3,875.11). This price was achieved in the auction Old Master Drawings at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joseph Louis Hippolyte Bellangé achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Reddition Du Fort D'Aboukir in November 2015 with an auction result of EUR 53,880.00.

Im Januar 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Scene From The July Revolution Of 1830, On The Grands Boulevards von Joseph Louis Hippolyte Bellangé für USD 4.375,00 (€ 3.875,11) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Old Master Drawings bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joseph Louis Hippolyte Bellangé erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Reddition Du Fort D'Aboukir im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 53.880,00.
