Auction result well in line with expectations
In December this year Artcurial held the auction A Moroccan Winter, which included the work Porteur d'eau by Joseph Le Guluche. The price achieved of MAD 6,298.00 (€ 576.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as MAD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joseph Le Guluche have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Chef Arabe in December 2021 with an auction result of MAD 52,000.00 (€ 4,916.06).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion A Moroccan Winter durch, in der auch die Arbeit Porteur d'eau von Joseph Le Guluche zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von MAD 6.298,00 (€ 576,17) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit MAD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joseph Le Guluche auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Chef Arabe im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von MAD 52.000,00 (€ 4.916,06).
