A top price for Joseph Edward Southall - as previously expected
The work The Rose Bowl by Joseph Edward Southall was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2017. The price achieved of GBP 43,750.00 (€ 48,818.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Rose Bowl is the most expensive artwork by Joseph Edward Southall that we have observed at auctions so far.
