The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 4,437.50 (€ 4,927.47) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Highland Cattle is the most expensive artwork by Joseph Denovan Adam, Jr. that we have observed at auctions so far.
